    I think it is named a sponge for AFRO's. I think it is used by people that do NOT want to comb their hair, and or pic it out with a "pic comb"

    I had no idea hair grew back so fast with a bald cut. Razors from a local 99 cent store and a body soap instead of shaving cream.
