Good lighting is very important. A well lit room makes a huge difference with a hair style, spots get missed in rooms with out good lighting.

Does anyone know of a salon in los angeles that offers relaxers for 50$ or less? Or at least a press and curl for that much? Or somewhere that offers hair services to low income people for a discounted price?
