4. You can cowash your hair instead of shampooing it. Make sure to do this step bi-weekly though.
5. If you don't co-wash then shampoo your hair bi-weekly. but, after shampooing your hair and/or protein treatment then apply conditioner.
6. You will want to deep condition your hair weekly. You can choose to co-wash or fully shampoo, but please make sure you at least deep condition your hair weekly.
7. Every 4-6 weeks do a protein treatment.
